ESEA Cambridge is a network for East and South East Asian communities in Cambridgeshire. It aims to foster a sense of community and belonging among people from different ethnicities and nationalities. It runs a monthly mindful walk at Milton Country Park. All are welcome.

ESEA Cambridge runs a mindful walk at Milton Country Park on the first Saturday of every month from 11.30am – 12.30pm. It is an opportunity to get out of the house and into nature, to enjoy some moments of quiet, and also to meet new people from similar cultural backgrounds. Everyone is welcome.

The group meet at the park entrance and take a gentle stroll together. No experience or minimum fitness level is required. The walk is suitable for children, who will need to be supervised. There are accessible routes for wheelchair users and pushchairs.
