The Compassionate Friends is a charitable organisation of bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents dedicated to the support and care of other similarly bereaved family members who have suffered the death of a child or children from a month old and and from any cause.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- Talking through grief you are experiencing can help you feel less alone
- It helps to share experiences with other like minded people
- Being somewhere that understands your feelings without having to explain can be helpful
