What to expect
These sessions provide an opportunity for members of the community to come together through shared wellbeing activities. Facilitators participate on a voluntary basis, sharing personal experience and practice rather than providing professional or insured instruction.
Jenny Lai shares Tai Chi as a practice that supports physical wellbeing, balance and a sense of community.
