What to expect
Checking your blood pressure regularly can help identify potential problems early, reducing the risk of serious health issues such as heart attacks, strokes, and kidney disease.
To support early detection, Cambridgeshire Libraries are loaning blood pressure monitors from all their libraries and mobile libraries across the county. Any library member aged 18 or over can borrow a monitor free of charge for up to three weeks, just like borrowing a book.
To borrow a monitor, simply visit your local library and speak to a member of staff.
