Qwell is a free online well-being service for adults in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. You can access support for any emotional health and wellbeing needs from a professional team of qualified counsellors, plus peer to peer support, self-help, magazine articles and forums.

What to expect
Qwell offers a range of support and resources:
Online Peer Support
Moderated online forums providing a supportive community, offering advice and experiences. You can join to start your own topics or be there for others who are already looking for support.
Chat Based Counselling
You can access safe and confidential one-hour chat sessions with a fully qualified counsellor online via instant messaging. Individuals can have one session per week and a maximum of six sessions in total. Counsellors are available on Qwell between 12pm and 10pm on weekdays and between 6pm and 10pm on weekends. You can either drop in to a chat queue or book a specific time slot for a future date.
Self-Help Resources
You have the option of keeping your own, confidential online journal to track your mood. There is also the opportunity to set and track your own goals to support your recovery or maintain your wellbeing.
Qwell Magazine
Informative articles on a range of topics available online. You can also submit your own articles and comments to share your lived experience of mental health and wellbeing with other users.
