What to expect
Space for Men is local charity about male mental health. Many men seem to think that mental health and mental illness are the same thing.
Mental health is just like physical health, but for the brain.
Space for Men is just regular blokes talking about their stresses and worries. But it is also taking time to think about what they are grateful for and sharing how they are going to look after themselves.
It’s a positive safe space to be open and be listened to. Get mentally fit - Be mentally strong!
Check out this page here for times and days.
