The walks and are free to attend and all men are welcome.

When you arrive there is a chance to introduce yourself and meet others, then you will go on a walk together for around 90 minutes. In that time you can talk to members of the group, share with them or simply walk beside them. Walking and chatting with other men may give you a boost and help you feel better about any problems you are experiencing.

More information

W&T4 Men is part of a national group of volunteers supporting hundreds of men all around the UK.

The group focuses on men because the rate of male suicide is 3 x times the rate for women. Some men can find it hard to open up about their problems and can become isolated. This group gives men a safe place to talk and connect with other people.

Walk & Talk 4 Men St Neots are now connected with a wide support group for men including two other volunteer organisations – Andy’s Man Club and For Men 2 Talk. They signpost to other specialist organisations for support, including MIND, the Samaritans and local Health Care services if needed.

All of the activities are free.
